Duties

will include:

  • Drafting Vacancy Announcements within the Electronic Recruitment Application (ERA) system
  • Shortlisting applications;
  • Conducting pre-interview assessments and interviews;
  • General recruitment administration to include new starter administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Three years HR experience including two years recruitment experience (involving posting jobs, screening applicants, interviewing, onboarding).

Education Requirements:

EDUCATION: Four GCSEs, or U.S. High School Diploma, or an equivalent academic qualification is necessary.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: English (fluent) Reading/Writing/Speaking is necessary (might be tested).
