Key Responsibilities:
  • You'll be responsible for providing administrative support to all business streams, whilst providing an excellent customer-focussed service within repairs.
  • You'll ensure that works are co-ordinated in such a way as to make best use of resources (human, financial and material) to maximise productivity and ensure customer excellence for our internal and external customers.
  • As a Customer Ambassador, you will be part of a team delivering a seamless journey for customers reporting repairs to Thirteen.
  • This role will incorporate a high level of customer care to ensure customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with in an efficient manner.
About You:
  • We're looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent customer service and negotiation skills, who is passionate about ensuring all customers receive a first-class repairs service.
  • You'll use your knowledge and experience of customer services to deal with customer complaints, as well as understanding the customer requirements to assist in the development of a customer driven service.
  • We're looking for someone who has the ability to communicate effectively, and can build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • You'll be working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, so we're looking for someone who is well organised, resilient, focused, and professional.
