A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA ATTENDANT AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY

  • What you'll be doing..._
Reporting to the SPA supervisor, you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Welcome all guests to the Spa, ensuring any special requirements are met
  • Ensuring the Spa and Fitness area is set up and presented to standard
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa, in particular the changing rooms, heat and water facilities and relaxation tooms
  • Ensure that Spa amenities and lockers are fully stocked at all times
  • Attending to guests in both the changing area and relaxations rooms, ensuring that they are comfortable as well as offering refreshments
  • Carrying out daily pool test and safety checks

Spa Attendant, you will need the following qualities and skills:

  • We are looking for someone with a pleasant and welcoming manner
  • Passionate about providing personalised service to our guests
  • Flexible and adaptable to different working conditions hours
  • Forward thinking and promotes new ideas
  • Has a positive attitude, and is flexible and adaptable to different working shift patterns and conditions.
  • Preferably has previous experience working in a luxury spa environment
