Job SummarynThe Head of Spa Sales EMEA & Corporate is responsible for the maintenance and profitable sales growth of new and existing Spa accounts within the EMEA region, as well as managing relationships and business development with the centralised corporate partners (currently Mandarin Oriental and Marriott).

The role reports into the Chief Commercial Officer.


This role requires a strong understanding of the spa industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and maintain client relationships at a corporate level.

Key Responsibilitiesn1.

Business Maintenance (EMEA Spa):n- Develop and implement strategies to maintain existing business relationships and ensure client satisfaction.n- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling spa services and products to existing clients.n- Conduct regular client meetings to assess their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions.n- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to retain and attract new clients.


  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Management:

n- Define and track KPIs related to sales performance, client retention, and revenue growth.n- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.n- Regularly report on KPIs to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.


  • Business Development (Spa EMEA):n- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the spa's client base and revenue streams.n- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them.n- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and marketing materials.n- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the spa's services.
  • Corporate Relationship

Management:


n- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.n- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate accounts.n- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their business.n- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction for corporate clients.

n- Regular visits to corporate accounts, including pops ups, trainings, sell in quarterly meetingsn- Creating bespoke marketing and promotional activities for regional and cooperate entities

Role Requirements

  • Experience in corporate sales and business development in the spa industry.n

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.n
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make datadriven decisions.n
  • Proactive and resultsoriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.n
  • Knowledge of spa industry trends, products, and services.n
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.n
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
