Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries
  • Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities
  • Prepare treatment rooms for guest appointments
  • Stock and replenish supplies in treatment rooms and relaxation areas
  • Assist therapists with various tasks as needed
  • Promote spa services and upsell products to enhance guest experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with spa policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
