About the Spa Attendant Role
The Spa Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring that our spa areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. This role requires exceptional levels of service, with a focus on providing a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and common areas, are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional levels of service by greeting guests, offering assistance, and ensuring they have a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience.
- Set up treatment rooms before appointments and clean them afterward, ensuring that all equipment, linens, and products are properly sanitized and replenished.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products, linens, and supplies, notifying management when stock is low and assisting with ordering and restocking as needed.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules, as well as inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and facilities.
About You
We are looking for a previous experience in spa or hospitality operations, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. You should be able to maintain a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all guests.
