About the Spa Attendant Role

The Spa Attendant is a key member of our spa team, responsible for ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience for our guests. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and locker rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all spa areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Provide exceptional levels of service by greeting guests, offering assistance, and ensuring they have a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience
  • Set up treatment rooms before appointments and clean them afterward, ensuring all equipment, linens, and products are properly sanitized and replenished
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products, linens, and supplies, notifying management when stock is low and assisting with ordering and restocking as needed
  • Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules, inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and facilities

About You

We are looking for a previous experience in spa or hospitality operations, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills. You should be able to maintain a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all guests.
