Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
  • Stock and replenish towels, linens, and other supplies as needed
  • Assist guests with changing and provide necessary amenities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the guest experience

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell services or products
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain cleanliness of the spa
  • Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly English and Spanish

Pay:
£27,040.00 per year
