You will be responsible for:
Managing a full FM contract across a large estateManagement of H&S and complianceBuilding & maintaining key stakeholder relationships across the contractManaging PPM schedulesAttending regular meetings with key stakeholdersProviding weekly, monthly and quarterly reportsAbout youExperience as an Assistant Facilities Manager
  • Ideally with experience within a large complex siteIdeally qualified in Mechanical engineeringYou'll also have experience of managing Maintenance contractsA strong personality to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and to ensure that delivery of objectives are achievedExcellent H&S management and compliance experienceDue to the nature of the site you will also have to undertake enhanced security clearance.
