Job Description

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Wabtec UK. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the assets on our site while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective control of manpower allocated overheads and materials to achieve projects and necessary PPM.
  • Management of team and contract staff.
  • Drive Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental improvements to comply with relevant legislation.
  • Provide call-out service by telephone and arrange appropriate staff/contractors to attend the site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building systems, maintenance, and facilities management within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience with tendering and implementing projects.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
