This private run company( 4 bed and 5 bed residential care homes for learning disabilites) is looking to appoint Support Workers and Senior Support Workers (depending on experience and qualification) on a full-time basis.

They are based in Seven Kings, Ilford, Essex (5 minutes walk from Seven Kings Station).


They are looking for experienced Support Workers and Senior Support Worker who can provide an exceptionally high level of care and quickly become part of the team while leading by example.


You will assist in meeting the needs and aspirations of people with learning disabilities by using a person-centred approach, providing them with encouragement, support and assistance, promoting their social inclusion and promoting their rights and choice under the supervision and direction of the Home Manager to enable people with learning disabilities to live a more independent and fulfilled lives.


Ideally, for the senior support worker role, you will hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Health and Social care and have an awareness of the needs of people with learning disabilities with challenging behaviour, Autism, epilepsy and other disabilities.

For the support worker role training will be provided.


You will be required to work 37.5 hours a week and you need to be available for shifts on weekdays/weekends/nights when needed.

In return, you will receive excellent regular training and supervision. You will be joining a company that encourages progression.

A Minimum of 28 Days Holiday Per Year plus they will contribute to your optional pension scheme
