You will ensure a controlled accounts payable ledger, via prompt and efficient processing of invoices, the reconciliation of supplier statements and raising appropriate payments.

What We Need from Yü:
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Ownership of accounts payable function
- Management of 3 assistants
- Management of processing of invoices with key suppliers
- Ensuring prompt approval of invoices aligned with delegated level of authority
- Raising payments to suppliers under strict timelines
- Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring discrepancies or debit balances are resolved
- Improvement and oversight of accounts payable processes
- Providing insight into spend for cost centre owners
