In this dynamic position, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service while promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service to all callers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and update customer records in the system
- Analyse customer needs to offer appropriate solutions
- Implement up selling techniques to enhance sales revenue
Qualifications:
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to up sell products or services effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

From £24,943.32 per year
