Job Title: Driver Success Team Agent

Join Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD as a Driver Success Team Agent and play a critical role in ensuring our customers' driving behaviours meet our regulatory standards.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Driver Success Team. As a Driver Success Team Agent, you will be responsible for providing critical and educational intervention for customers, coaching them on how to improve their driving behaviours while ensuring compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in conversations with customers to deliver feedback on their driving behaviour
  • Identify customer demographics to ensure outbound calls are completed as part of the risk management process
  • Establish customer contact via inbound or outbound calling, emails, or other means of communication
  • Provide industry-leading experience to customers on behalf of Acorn/Carrot brands
  • Ensure business standards, policies, and procedures are maintained
  • Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure customer needs are met
  • Assist other team members where necessary
  • Log, handle, and resolve complaints
  • Ensure Data Protection Act (DPA) compliance and adherence to FCA procedures
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great listening skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Patience and empathy, with excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry and customer service
