We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Renewal Sales Agent to join our team at Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD. As a Renewal Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth renewal of motor policies for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze renewal invites to ensure accurate and compliant policy data
  • Invite policies compliantly and ensure client records are updated accordingly
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Renew motor policies compliantly and auto-renew policies as required
  • Sell added-value products compliantly to customers
  • Respond to customer renewal queries and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT and data entry skills
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a confident and pleasant phone manner
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Target-driven and able to work to KPIs
  • Team player with a positive attitude
