A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join this well-respected Estate Agency in Liverpool. My clients are a property investment/sourcing company and are looking for a diligent and self-motivated candidate to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day.
- Liaise with partner agents to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide regular updates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets to track progress and ensure timely completion.
- Gather required documents to complete the sale and respond to any queries or concerns.
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A natural problem-solving ability, with impeccable organisation skills and a persuasive can-do approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload.
