Purchasing Administrator

Location - MST Birtley


MST, one of the UK's leading suppliers of Undercarriage components to the Construction and Plant Hire industry are seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to join our head office sales & purchasing team.

Duties and responsibilities will include

  • Processing of Orders on MST ERP System
  • Liaising with suppliers for customer orders
  • Processing orders on MST CRM System
  • Process Job cards for all MST Departments
  • Raise new part numbers


Process of warranties
  • Collecting data and photographs
  • Organise transport with suppliers (UK & Worldwide)
Qualifications and experience required for this role

  • Proficient in IT/Microsoft packages, with experience using Sage desired
  • Ability to communicate efficiently, verbally and in writing
  • Industry experience desired but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail

Base Salary - doe

Reporting to - Purchasing Co-ordinator

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
