An award winning, international, multi-disciplinary and diverse architectural and design practice are looking for an administrator for their busy London studio.

This is to cover a maternity contract so maybe extended.

As Admin support you will work closely alongside 3 other team administrators. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills are required, as is the ability to multi-task. The role will be office based with one day working from home.

Responsibility:

  • Daily support to managers and their teams
  • Coordinate and manage multiply diaries
  • Organise travel arrangements and events
  • Prepare presentations., reports and assist with projects
  • Organise client meetings
  • Assist with greeting visitors and admin duties
  • Assist with expenses

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting a team
  • Highly professional and team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill
  • Flexible and reliable
