This will involve supervising reception staff, depending on the particular team location, and ensuring that the service runs effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including supervising reception staff
- Deliver and maintain administrative procedures to enhance patient information and service performance data
- Ensure the service runs effectively and efficiently
- Communicate with team members, professionals, and patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- NVQ 2 or RSA 2 in admin or customer care (or equivalent experience)
- ECDL or CLAiT Level 2 or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable previous administrative experience in a customer care environment
- Experience of working effectively with a large team across various sites
- Experience dealing with the public and/or professionals face to face and on the phone/virtually
