Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our dynamic and professional team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and senior management team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Office Manager to maintain a tidy and organized environment, including managing kitchen and meeting room cleanliness.
  • Provide diary management, scheduling, report preparation, and minute-taking for the Office Manager and senior management team.
  • Process and manage expense claims for staff.
  • Book travel and accommodation, and organize office events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for basic IT issues.
  • Welcome and greet visitors, handle email inquiries, answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure meetings are properly serviced.
  • Assist with sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Requirements
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions to challenges.
  • Autonomous and team-oriented, with ability to work with limited supervision and collaborate as part of a small team.
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain a smart, business-like approach to work and appearance.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with knowledge and experience in office administration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks and outputs.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate-level Excel.
