As Reception & Helpdesk Admin, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, referring them to the appropriate host and answering questions related to the company.


You will be the first point of contact for the company, dealing with visitor enquiries whilst providing administrative support for Atos & tenant businesses within Ribble House.


Key Responsibilities_**_

  • Greet visitors into the building; determine their requirements in a professional manner. Maintain visitor's registers. Issue passes and deliver Health & Safety brief
  • Check ID badges of all staff entering through reception
  • Management of contractor's induction prior to entering the building
  • Handle guest issues with poise, patience, and a positive demeanour consistently
  • Ability to work with the ISS FM team and onsite contractors as well as internal customers
  • To understand Fire & Safety procedures, taking responsibility for any visitors in reception area and adjacent meeting rooms
  • Reporting and recording of all faults, complaints, and queries from building users via FMS (Facilities Management System)
  • Attend to Helpdesk MB and reply to all enquiries regularly

  • Previous reception/ telephony experience within a similar style environment
  • Must have a good knowledge of Excel, MS Office & Power Point
  • Good working knowledge of FMS desirable but not essential
