Our client's team are recognised experts in data protection, privacy and compliance and we also offer fully outsourced data protection services to a wide range of clients in technology, healthcare, research & development, retail, education, professional services and beyond.

In this role you can expect to work on:

  • Data processing agreements
  • Data sharing agreements.
  • Data protection audits
  • Data protection impact assessments
  • Privacy notices
  • Cookie notices
  • Data protection related policies
  • Freedom of Information requests
  • Subject Access requests
  • Other Data Subject requests
  • Legal research on complex data protection issues

What the client is looking for:

  • An EU or UK -GDPR or CIPP/E qualification is ideal but not essential
  • Experience in data protection law
  • Able to analyse risks and make practical recommendations to clients
  • Excellent client skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Motivated by working closely with clients to understand their business models
  • Committed to building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Able to work confidently in a fast paced, client facing team
  • Open to using and developing emerging technology in the delivery of legal advice
