About the Role

If you possess expertise in software projects, data mapping, and have a keen interest in enhancing resource management for professional services firms, we would be eager to connect with you. We have a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects and are looking to expand our Professional Services team to support this growth.

You will collaborate on implementation projects with newly acquired and existing clients alongside one of our Project Managers. We have a structured onboarding process for our clients that guides each project, but we also seek individuals who are independent, driven, analytical, and eager to learn about our product. You will serve as an advocate for Dayshape, providing consultation and guidance to clients to maximize their experience with our solution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Present Dayshape to prospective clients
  • Analyze a client's current processes and facilitate their onboarding to Dayshape
  • Lead workshops to gather requirements from clients, asking insightful questions to clarify business needs early in the process
  • Configure the Dayshape tool to align with client requirements
  • Collect necessary information from clients to enable our engineering team to develop required integrations
  • Advise clients on optimal configuration of Dayshape for an exceptional experience from the outset
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for client trainers
  • Provide technical support to your Project Manager
  • Assist Account Executives with pre-sales support and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of Dayshape
  • Understand and develop workflows for Accountancy and Professional Services firms
  • Identify areas for improvement in client operations and Dayshape implementation methodology

Your Profile

  • Proven experience with complex SaaS and/or ERP solutions in Accountancy, Professional Services, or IT Consultancies
  • Hands-on experience in configuring SaaS solutions and mapping data for integrations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and guiding them through their Dayshape journey
  • Ability to contextualize challenges in capacity planning
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new complex systems; you will need to master Dayshape and keep up with ongoing developments
  • Consultative approach with the ability to recommend various workflow or configuration options to meet client needs
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Basic understanding of JSON, SQL, and JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing solutions in the HR / ERP / Resource Management domain
  • Experience leading current state and future state workshops as part of implementation projects

Working Details

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We typically operate from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of remote work arrangements. We encourage a hybrid working model, allowing team members to work from home several days a week while also providing opportunities for in-office collaboration.

Travel may be required to visit clients across various locations.
