**Job Summary**

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team in the development of cutting-edge RF MEMS technology. As a System Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing next-generation phased arrays for SATCOM and 5G applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop detailed system requirements based on customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Ensure all requirements comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Define RF system board layout strategies and integration plans to optimize system performance.
  • Lead system-level RF integration and debugging activities to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Design algorithms to control RF blocks and collaborate with the digital hardware and software teams for integration and validation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in RF and system modeling, including simulation and analysis.
  • Expertise in algorithm development for complex systems, including signal processing and control systems.
  • Proven experience in system integration, prototyping, and transitioning designs to production.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • PCB layout experience for complex systems, including high-frequency and high-speed design.
  • Experience with link budget calculations and Keysight SystemVue.
  • PhD or advanced degree in RF Systems or Communications Theory is a plus.
