The Role: Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will gain valuable experience in the recruitment industry under the guidance of our experienced team. You will play a key role in sourcing and placing candidates in both permanent and temporary roles that align with their skills and career aspirations. You will also build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs by building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Expand your network of candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to manage client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities within our recruitment database.
