Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively generating suitably qualified candidates across specific disciplines.
  • Headhunting for live open vacancies, pre-screening and reference checking candidates when appropriate.
  • Ensuring database accuracy and efficiency (candidate accounts).
  • Completing Candidate Qualification documentation.
  • Submitting relevant and fully qualified candidate CVs and shortlists to live open vacancies upon agreed timeframes.
  • Providing candidates with feedback, successful or not, throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle from submission > interview > offer > acceptance.

Requirements:

  • University educated.
  • Sales experience.
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence.
