WeConnect Energy is a dynamic contracting and recruitment organisation focused on the energy industry. We are seeking a talented Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the energy sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Candidate Generation:
  • Identify and engage with suitably qualified candidates across various disciplines.
  • Headhunt for live open vacancies, pre-screen candidates, and conduct reference checks when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient candidate database management.
  • Complete candidate qualification documentation and submit relevant CVs and shortlists to clients.
  • Provide candidates with feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from submission to offer acceptance.
Client Relations:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, maximising their potential across the business.
  • Establish new industry relationships, partnerships, and clients through business development efforts.
  • Negotiate and agree client contracts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient database management.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of client activity and potential recruitment needs.
  • Control the sales recruitment process from initial job order to shortlist, interviews, and offer acceptance.

Requirements:

  • University education
  • Sales experience
  • Full clean UK driving licence
