The role is diverse and will rely on you to be the first point of call for Institutional clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent client service to Swedish clientele, supporting the Nordics Sales team.
- strong product knowledge through close collaboration with investment teams
- bespoke reporting and servicing
- interaction with various internal departments to support ongoing client service
- risk and compliance responsibilities dealing with new and established clients
- enhancing the approach to producing client and prospect communications
- Supporting the sales team by RFPs, DDQs, any client queries, marketing material as well as any operational support required
- Managing relationships with clients throughout the entire lifecycle
The candidate:
- Must be a Swedish speaker
- Based in London or wants to relocate
- 2 years experience in Client Service or Sales Support or Investor Relations within asset management
- ability to convey complex systematic and quantitative strategies to clients
