Role Overview:

This position is not your typical customer service role. Our exceptional team serves as the primary liaison between Abel & Cole and our valued customers, ensuring their voices are heard within the organization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, and we hope you share our enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include addressing a variety of inquiries via phone and email, from setting up new customer accounts to providing information about our seasonal offerings. There are no scripts; we encourage you to let your personality shine through in your interactions. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge needed to excel in your role, and we support your exploration of other areas within the business that pique your interest.

Contract Details:

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone with their inquiries.
  • Respond to customer emails in a personalized and professional manner.
  • Meet daily performance and accuracy targets as outlined in our Quality Framework.
  • Act as a representative of our B Corp values, making decisions with social and environmental considerations in mind.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing a personalized customer experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Basic IT skills; training on specific systems will be provided.
