As a Client Relations Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, assisting them in resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues. In essence, our Client Relations Associates represent the digital face of Kroo Bank Ltd.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
- Act as the primary contact for client complaints and concerns, ensuring fair treatment.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in resolving client issues.
- Identify trends in client frustrations or aspirations, suggesting improvements to processes, tools, or products.
- Recognize clients who may require additional support and ensure they receive the necessary assistance.
- Collaborate closely with our financial crime team to serve as the first line of defense in identifying and investigating trends.
- Understand, prioritize, and escalate client feedback and feature requests to the product team.
- Support fellow team members by serving as a point of contact and mentoring new hires.

Our Interview Process:
