Days:

As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant you will be supporting the Customer Service Manager & Finance & Commercial Manager in maintaining the existing customer base whilst growing the external opportunities.

A focus on retention and proactive customer service will be at the heart of the role.

Job Duties:

  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager in relation to service enquiries and day to day running of the customer service desk.
  • Supporting the Finance & Commercial Manager in relation to inbound and outbound sales enquiries and supporting the sales process.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with all stakeholders and keep progress uptodate
  • Developing and creating documents as per required
  • Making yourself familiar on best business practices and techniques for increasing productivity and quality of work
  • Identifying prospect key accounts
  • Fostering familiar relationships between clients
  • Following up on client requirements if tasked to do so
  • Finding new clients and promoting sales to them via telesales and offline marketing
  • Identifying and prospect key accounts

  • Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business
  • Being aware of market trends, competitors and latest industry news
