About the Role

This is a full-time, temporary customer service role based with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strong relationships with customers, manage a variety of administrative tasks, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary contact for all customer enquiries and processing related sales administration tasks such as quotations, dispatch paperwork, system specification processing, handling complaints, and managing product returns.
  • Developing relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, recording and retaining information in a structured and timely manner, and researching clients to identify potential opportunities using CRM.
  • Handling order entry processing, including contract review, and maintaining and updating customer records.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • The ability to complete forms and provide written responses to customer enquiries.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of in-bound calls and customer enquiries in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The ability to provide a professional service to customers and relay accurate information.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating a professional, confident approach when dealing with telephone calls from customers.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

What You'll Get in Return

This is a temporary role with a generous hourly rate of £12 - £13.50. An opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team.
