We are an established North West letting agent having over 20 years of residential lettings experience. We are experts in all areas of the lettings market, from executive properties to traditional terraced houses.


Whilst we deliver an expert service to private landlords that we manage properties for, we also own a vast portfolio of not only residential properties but retail units, industrial sites and office developments.

We have a wealth of experience managing all asset types.

Role


As a Utilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of all utility contracts for both commercial and domestic properties.

You will liaise with the utility providers to find the best rates for our properties. Whilst managing the contracts for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the management of all landlord supplies at multilet properties
  • Ensure accurate meter readings are obtained and provided to utility suppliers
  • Assist with implementation of smart meter rollout for our properties
  • Collate, check and approve incoming utility charges and arrange payment when due
  • Arrange contracts on behalf of the landlord for vacant units
  • Notify energy suppliers in a timely manner when a change of tenancy occurs
  • Obtain and compare renewal quotes for end of contract accounts either directly or via energy brokers
  • Develop an understanding of usage at commercial properties to assist with cost/expenditure forecasting
  • Accurately calculate recharges to tenants at commercial properties where necessary

This role is suited to an individual who is good at managing multiple tasks, with strong project management skills. You will enjoy speaking to an array of people, building strong professional relationships in order achieve the end result. You will be commercially minded to ensure the business benefits from the best rates and cost savings where applicable.
