Role DetailsThis is a permanent, full-time position that includes responsibilities during school holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Perform reception duties as needed, addressing general inquiries via telephone and in-person, and managing visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance, including photocopying, filing, emailing, and responding to routine correspondence directed to the headteacher, staff, and governors.
- Assist in maintaining both manual and computerized records using the SIMS/FMS system.
- Generate pupil data and assessment reports from SIMS as required.
- Prepare necessary documents or data for meetings.
- Support the school's safeguarding systems and communicate relevant issues to appropriate personnel.
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of six weeks of experience working with children, supported by references.
- Experience in a school office environment utilizing SIMS.
- Full knowledge of SIMS and other ICT applications, such as Excel, databases, spreadsheets, and school communication systems.
