Compassionate Home Care Assistant

Health Your Way is seeking compassionate Female Personal Care Assistants to provide support to a delightful young woman with complex health needs.
As part of a small, friendly team in her family home, you will assist with daily living tasks and light household chores.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities at home and outings, ensuring all necessary resources are taken and the home is secure.
- Provide personal care as needed, including medication administration and feeding (training provided).
- Manage medical items and medications, ensuring stock is replenished when needed.
- Utilize recommended medical equipment, keeping them in working order.
- Coordinate daily activities and provide general domestic support such as cleaning and laundry.
Requirements:
- Full driving license.
- Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by Employer).
- Successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
