We are looking for a Patient Referral Administrator to join the team at our centre based in Waterlooville for a 12-month fixed term contract.

As the Patient Referral Administrator, you'll be required to liaise with insurers, self-funding patients and other third parties. The role will involve administration of patient records to ensure the finance team and wider business are always informed of progress and changes to forthcoming treatment

Hours:
Full time for a 12-month fixed term contract

Flexible working:
Although this role is office based there will be the possibility to work remotely around 50% of the time, please ask for more information

What you'll do:

  • Ensure relevant and accurate authorisation is obtained in a timely manner, providing only relevant information where required
  • Support the Accounts Receivable team when required
  • Undertake all administrative activities required to provide excellent customer care
