About the RolenBJSS is seeking an interim Head of Partnerships to lead our portfolio of strategic technology partnerships, including the likes of AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud and Databricks.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the BJSS Business Development team, driving forward our partnerships to meet our strategic objectives and reach the next level of growth.


Key responsibilities:

nEstablish the position of 'Partner of choice' with our partners: work cross-functionally across BJSS to develop market leading capabilities, grow and maintain healthy pipeline and cultivate strong partner relationships.nLead the Partnerships Team, setting strategy and direction, and providing day to day management & oversight.nDrive revenue via partnerships by increasing the number of partner referrals and level of partner funding utilised.nFace off with senior stakeholders within partner organisations, developing relationships and positioning BJSS as a leader in the market.


nDrive engagement with partners across BJSS:

increase awareness and encourage a more partner-focused culture.nWork closely with the sales team to develop joint industry strategies with partners, including target accounts, co-sell opportunities and joint marketing / events.nDrive collaboration with partner teams across our existing accounts to drive awareness of BJSS, develop co-sell opportunities and broaden relationships.nWork with marketing to shape marketing plans that encompass campaigns and events that align to the partner strategy and work alongside partners to execute on these.nAttend key partner events to represent BJSS, build relationships with key partner stakeholders and stay abreast of the latest partner updates & market trends.nEnsure BJSS is kept up to date with the latest developments with regards to our partners and work with teams internally to pivot our approach as needed.nWork with our technology and delivery teams to achieve new competencies and specialisations with our partners that help to further establish BJSS in the market.nIncrease the number of partner certifications across the business by working closely with BJSS' L&D and Delivery teams.nContinuously evaluate our partner ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with future strategy and the direction of the business.


About younExperience of working in a Head of Partnerships role or similar – either within a professional services business or partner organisation, with a solid understanding of how the partner channel operates.nExperience of working with multiple technology partners across Cloud, Data and AI.nDemonstratable experience of growing partnerships, encompassing capability, pipeline and revenue.nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.nAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.nAbility to set strategy and execute upon this, driving cross-functional teams to meet objectives.nA natural flair for business development with the ability to spot and develop commercial opportunities.
