We are currently looking for a
Change Management to add to our
Change Management CST Team.


As a Lead Consultant you'll be responsible for helping our clients improve their Procurement/Finance functions as part of the deployment/implementation lifecycle.

Whilst working on projects it's important for you not get too lost in the details and maintain a 'big picture' view of project goals and ensure the steps/decisions made by the client align to the realisation of those goals.

This role involves day to day project management as well as delivery.

_What you bring to the team: _


You will lead the change management workstream on client projects, which will involve creating and implementing change management strategies and plans, then leading/supporting the implementation of these with the goal of driving client user adoption of their new technology.


You must have:

  • A strong track record of leading change management activities on large and complex transformation projects across different sectors
Experience executing organisational change management initiatives (change impact analysis, communications, learning, change readiness assessments, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements in a relevant industry or consulting environment

  • You are comfortable getting 'hands on' and into the detail of change management activities
  • You have broad understanding of SAP/SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream solutions (not required to SME level)
  • You have a broad knowledge of procurement and supply chain management (not required to SME level)

_ Would be a nice plus to have: _

  • Experience in developing online learning solutions ideally working with tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
  • Experience of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), ideally SAP Enable Now
  • Experience in process mapping using tools like MS Visio
