Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective feedback mechanisms to ensure a consultative and partnership approach to change planning and implementation.
  • Create communication plans to engage stakeholders and build a constant and differentiated dialogue using various media.
  • Champion the needs and views of key stakeholders involved in process, facility, or technology development, ensuring the needs of the programme/project are met.
  • Identify interdependencies between projects and change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are consulted and fully engaged, and the wider impact of projects and change initiatives are planned for.
  • Assess and monitor risks and impacts associated with change projects, providing timely interventions and mitigations where needed.
  • Design and lead engagement processes, developing a change toolkit for use across relevant projects.
  • Promote and develop sound change management practices and capacity across the organisation to ensure internal capacity to lead major projects grows in scale and resilience.
