Transformation Project Lead

Project Redirect Inc Of The Distric is seeking a skilled Transformation Project Lead to drive strategic change initiatives within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex transformation projects, aligning them with our company's strategic goals, and ensuring successful execution within set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change plans, ensuring all workstreams are well-planned with clear consideration of dependencies, critical milestones, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear, visible, and up-to-date project timeline at all times.
  • Ensure project owners are clear on their requirements and provide necessary support to ensure timely delivery. Proactively flag concerns or delays to mitigate risks.
  • Assist the CEO in holding project owners accountable for their deliverables.
  • Lead and facilitate all project management meetings to ensure progress and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to align projects with broader business goals.
  • Minimum 3 years experience within Transformation/Change Management.
