Hays Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a hospitality organisation who is looking for an Administrator to join their team.
Your new roleYou will be communicating across all departments and responsible for completing day to day admin tasks and collecting information whilst supporting with responding to queries.
- Interaction with external stakeholders
- Deliver timely responses
- Attend weekly or monthly meetings if requested to capture notes and actions
- monitor and analyse operational performance
- responding to queries and flagging to relevant department
- Accountable for the collation of management information ensuring that documentation is complete, holiday and absence records are accurate and authorised as required
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
- Administration Experience
- IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft packages
- Evidence of good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Ability to plan, organise
Desirable:
- Previous experience of minute taking
