Senior Managers are transformation professionals who help CHROs identify and implement proven best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
They use their extensive understanding of leading performance in the following key areas:(i) Hire to Retire, (ii) Strategic workforce planning, (iii) Payroll, (iv) HR business partnering and (v) transactional HR processes.

Viewed as an expert in HR Processes i.e. Hiring, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Performance ManagementSolid understanding of HR processes

HR systems deployment experience
Broader of business-wide organizational change approach and best practices
Well-versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
Technology Experience :
SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Service NOW are advantageous but not essential
Language Requirements :
Fluency in English
