- Establish Benefits Realisation Plans: Create specific plans for realising benefits, outlining necessary actions, resources, and timelines to achieve them.
- Monitor and Report on Benefits Realisation: Set up a system for monitoring and reporting on benefits realisation regularly, allowing assessment of progress, identification of issues, and making timely adjustments as necessary.
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Management or Equivalent
- Postgraduate Degree in Business Management or Equivalent

- MSP Foundation

- Developing and Implementing Benefits Management Strategy and Frameworks
- Integrating Benefits Management Activities into Project Lifecycle

- Benefits Management Experience Applied to Healthcare (Acute) and/or Digital Environments
- Digital Transformation Project or Programme Management
- PMO Management or Analyst Experience
