Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Product Management within the Life Science Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in line management.
  • Specialized knowledge in product life sciences, with expertise in Chromatography and/or cell and gene therapy being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with drug discovery and development processes.
  • Proven track record in identifying market opportunities, developing strategies, creating business cases, and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Effective leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, foster consensus, and drive results.
  • Proactive team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive management.
  • Skilled at promoting products internally and externally.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel requirement: Up to 25% domestic and international travel.
