Location - Flexible
The Role
Reporting to the Board and leading a dedicated national sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy that continues to deliver robust revenue and profitability growth.
Your key task will be to complete a thorough review of your resources, to ensure that you have the right team, systems and processes in place to capitalise on significant new business opportunities that have been generated through the company's significantinvestment in customer led, new product development.
The Person
You will be an experienced and inspirational sales leader, who is well used to growing and developing teams that deliver exceptional results.
Experience of successfully selling Fire, Security or associated products and systems is highly desirable.You will need to be:
- A charismatic and inspirational sales leader, ideally with Fire, Security or associated experience
- Strategically and tactically strong
- A team player, who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- An excellent communicator, able to influence and persuade at all levels
The Company
A highly profitable market leader, a renowned designer and manufacturer of technically superior fire and security products and systems, selling to large end-user customers and system integrators.
Keen to capitalise on genuinely exciting market opportunities, created through their significant investment in new products, they are looking to appoint a high calibre and ambitious Head of Sales to join their senior management team and lead them in the pursuitof greater profitability and performance.
