Head of Sales

A fast growing fibre broadband company is seeking a Head of Sales, on an interim basis, to spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand their market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing effective channel growth strategies, and ensuring robust sales forecasts and budgets. You'll also play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity within the sales function.
The company is seeking a seasoned sales leader for 6 months, with a proven track record of success working in the telecommunications or broadband industries. You should have significant experience in leading and developing teams, in this sector, as well as driving process and system improvements. Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for this role. If you're results-driven, innovative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and available, we want to hear from you
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 to 3 days a week in their offices based in the West Midlands.
