About Our Client:

Are you an experienced PA who is skilled at prioritisation, thinking ahead and taking initiative?

Our client is seeking a fantastic PA to come on board and support two high-profile senior retail directors.

Supporting as a Personal Assistant is an exciting and truly varied role - day to day, you'll provide proactive and efficient support to ensure their teams' business schedules run smoothly by organising travel, diaries and meetings across a number of different time zones.

Event management is also a large part of this role.

PA to Directors Responsibilities

  • Extensive management of the diary, including scheduling all meetings, engagements, conference calls and travel, taking into account their degree of urgency
  • Booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments as required
  • Organising both internal and external events
  • Checking ahead of key meetings to optimise attendance
  • Organisation of departmental conferences and events
  • Assistance with presentation and meeting materials
  • Manage all travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring cost efficiency
  • Processing of credit card expenses
  • Inbox management and prioritising responses
  • Take telephone messages and respond to queries promptly
  • Liaise confidently with other departments and stakeholders
  • Handling confidential information with discretion

The Successful Applicant:

PA to Directors Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the retail industry
  • Experience in managing travel and itineraries.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Outlook
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Second to none organisation, prioritisation and multitasking ability
  • An eye for detail, creativity and an interest in all things luxury
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Adaptable communication skills (verbal & written)
