Personal Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Advisor to join our Oxford team. As a key member of our private client tax team, you will be responsible for delivering expert tax planning services to clients across all areas of personal tax.
Key Responsibilities- Identify tax planning opportunities and deliver consultancy services to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients and ensure compliance with HM Revenue & Customs and in-house deadlines.
- Assist with client queries and provide ad hoc advice where requested.
- Billing personal portfolio clients after work completion.
- Deal with correspondence, telephone calls, and arrange meetings with clients and potential clients.
- Assist partners and staff members with technical queries.
- Provide assistance to junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports in relation to income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
- Deal with HMRC correspondence, telephone calls, and enquiries.
- General support to the tax team as required.
- Hybrid and flexible working.
