Warranty Invoicing Team Leader

Overview:

To supervise the Vehicle retail contract and warranty claim handling, payments and audits. Providing accurate quality follow up reports. To control and manage the systems in line with Renault Trucks UK Ltd warranty and contract policies and agreements.

To control and manage the central administration team including performance management so that the team meets agreed monthly invoicing and WIP targets.


In Particular:

  • To contribute towards the continuous development of warranty and contract systems, enabling prompt submission of claims, at the same time as providing accurate quality information for tracking purposes.
  • Assess all claims received outside of the normal warranty period with Technical support to ascertain if a valid "Technical Goodwill" claim can be made.
  • To maintain consistent level of invoicing within the team.
  • Management of the team, including setting, monitoring and evaluating team member targets

If you can bring the below requisites with the experience we require, the remuneration will be up to £40,000

  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial vehicle industry awareness and understanding of the final implications of decisions taken.
  • Previous line management experience with the ability to motivate employees.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and constantly changing priorities.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to gain credibility on all levels.
  • Process management

Along with:

  • Comprehensive experience in vehicle industry service, warranty and contract roles.
  • Full working knowledge of warranty and contract systems.
  • Management or Supervisory experience
  • Understanding of DMS or similar business operating system.
  • A high level of numeracy.
  • An understanding of basic finance and financial analysis concepts.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
