Job Title: Warranty and Invoicing Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Central Retail & Warranty division for a Warranty and Invoicing Specialist. This position is focused on managing the invoicing and administrative tasks associated with our network operations, requiring a standard 40-hour work week, with occasional additional hours as necessary. Candidates should possess technical knowledge of heavy goods vehicles (HGV) to effectively process, troubleshoot, and address inquiries.

Salary: Competitive salary up to £40,000 based on experience. This role is particularly suitable for individuals with a qualification as an HGV or LCV Technician seeking to move away from hands-on workshop duties.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in service, warranty, and invoicing roles.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a heavy vehicle workshop environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of warranty and invoicing systems.

Main Duties:

  • Effectively oversee depot invoicing and administrative processes.
  • Promptly resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Prepare pro forma invoices for order numbers prior to billing.
  • Communicate cost disputes to the Depot Manager.
  • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork by Technicians.
  • Collaborate with the Parts department regarding material disposal.
  • Monitor Work in Progress reports to ensure efficient operations.
  • Occasionally work Saturday mornings at month-end as required.
